Every year, the 26 of November is celebrated as National Constitution Day or Samvidhan
Divas. On 26 November 1949, the Indian Constitution was adopted
, which was a major milestone on the nation’s path to becoming an independent, sovereign republic. However, the Indian Constitution came into effect on 26 January 1950 and thus it became a legal
document, the supreme law of the land. It became the longest-written constitution in the world.

The man behind the framing of the Indian Constitution.
In the constitutional assembly, representatives were elected from various fields. Dr B.R. Ambedkar, Jawaharlal Nehru, B.N. Rau, and Sardar Vallabhai Patel were the four prominent members. However, Dr B.R. Ambedkar, often known as the father of the Indian Constitution, deserves credit for crafting the constitution. November 26, 2015, was celebrated as the125 birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar. Every year on this day, we also honour Dr B. R Ambedkar.

Constitution reflects the unity of the nation’s exceptional diversity
India had several difficulties when the constitution was adopted, including ensuring the welfare and livelihoods of millions of people who had been uprooted by the partition. Our Constitution was prepared in the face of violence and confusion, fear and uncertainty, nonetheless it reflects the unity of the nation’s exceptional diversity, spanning languages, races, castes, and classes.

Our Constitution upholds the principles and spirit of a free and fair India
According to its constitution, India is a democratic, socialist, secular, and independent republic. Our Constitution not only upholds the principles of justice, equality and liberty but also fosters Indian brotherhood. The Indian Constitution lays out citizens’ fundamental rights, guiding ideals, and obligations to their nation in addition to the rules governing the government’s organisation, operations, and authority.

Our Constitution drafted after careful consideration and study
Our constitution was prepared after careful consideration and study. None of the parts or articles has been completely changed ever since it has been introduced; at the most, the law has only modified some of the articles. Moreover, studies have referred to the constitution as a “Transformative Constitution,” meaning it has elements that are a reflection of and a vision for the future.

Celebrate Constitutional Day with much more enthusiasm.
In our schools our children are taught about the Constitution and especially on this day, it is done with more focused attention to raising awareness regarding the constitutional importance in our daily lives. Students in best school in new delhi and colleges all over India should celebrate the Indian Constitutional Day with much enthusiasm.
