Add to this the smaller cultural events, annual functions, and celebrations, and it becomes clear that the teacher\u2019s role is to ensure that balance is maintained. Teachers need to remain focused on these enriching platforms rather than getting drawn into unnecessary conflicts or politics. Ultimately, the one who carries sincerity of purpose, purity of soul, and the humility to remain a lifelong learner\u2014not a high-headed individual\u2014will emerge as the true winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Art of Balance in Parent-Teacher Partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Equally vital is the teacher\u2019s ability to engage with parents.
