Modern life exposes young generation to stress every moment.Students are one of the most common victims of stress. While a mild amount of stress is very useful and acts as a motivation for students, too much stress can interfere with their daily lives.Stress affects everyone in different ways. To equip our learners with skills to manage stress effectively in the ever demanding twenty first century, an informative assembly was conducted on ‘Stress Management’ by the students of grade 9. The children, through an enchanting enactment portrayed and explained ‘stress’ as faced by the students in daily life and highlighted a few hands-on solutions such as proper time management, a balanced diet, exercise, water therapy, socializing and many more to deal with stress effectively. It was a thought-provoking and enlightening presentation.
