“The love for God is the mightiest of all”
Festival that upholds the spirit of brotherhood and love is Eid-ul-Zuha. It a festival of great sacrifice, rejoice, special prayers and exchange of greetings and gifts celebrated with traditional fervor and gaiety in India and the world. To celebrate the joyous festivities and somber rituals that mark this event, students of Grade Nursery and Prep put forward a flabbergasting assembly at Prudence school Dwarka 22. Keeping the spirit of unity alive and more vivid than ever, the spiritual and religious journey initiated with a soulful and rhythmic dance performance. The cultural aspects of the celebration came into focus when students staged a skit to mark the values of respect for diversity, compassion, depicting people who are pure and noble at heart. Students reiterated the importance of celebrating this festival by sharing joys, meeting others, distributing sweets among their loved ones and giving alms to the needy. The pious festival is all about sharing the love and everyone was elated to see the bonding of students with their friends and teachers as they wished each other 'Eid Mubarak'.
