Meal planning is both an art and a science: an art of skillful blending of colours, textures and flavours; a science in the wise choice of food for optimum nutrition and digestion.
The culinary activity was initiated by Prudence, Dwarka 16B, wherein students prepared various dishes according to their curriculum. The students of grade 8, 9 and 10 were given handouts to prepare the dish accordingly under the supervision of their respective mentors. Students showcased their creativity and imagination skills as they cooked without using flame. It also helped students to develop teamwork and co-operation skills.
On the whole the activity was the perfect example of ingenuity and imagination.
